The opportunities are endless.Maintenance Crew LeaderResponsibilities and DutiesMowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of commercial properties with 1-4 crew members.Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.Job Requirements5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.At least 1 year of crew leader experience.Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver's license and be 18 years or older.Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor.Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer.Enhancement Crew LeaderResponsibilities and DutiesThis position is responsible for the enhancement projects at commercial properties (apartment complexes, homeowners associations, etc.)Demo existing landscape, site preparation and gradingInstallation of drainage installation, plants, shrubs & trees, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios)Requirements:3+ years' experience in landscape construction or landscape enhancement projects.At least 1 year of crew leader experience.Experience operating dingo, trencher, sod cutter, chain saw, weed eater, and power shears preferred.Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer.Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver's license and be 18 years or older.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.The Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Position Range: $25 - $29This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
