Landscape Crew MemberContinuum Services is seeking hardworking, dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team in Kissimmee, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful commercial properties, and thrive in a physically active environment. If you're motivated, team-oriented, and ready to work in Florida's heat, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoOperate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently on commercial propertiesPerform edging, trimming, and weed control around sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areasUse handheld landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workdayWork outdoors daily in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidityFollow safety guidelines and company proceduresSupport team members to ensure properties meet quality standardsAdditional projects and team support as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious commercial landscaping experience preferredExperience operating zero-turn mowersAbility to work outdoors for long hours in Florida heatStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the dayTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeValid driver's license preferredPhysical Requirements:The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.Benefits/Perks:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
