Landscape Enhancement Crew LeaderWe're growing and are excited to add new team members to our team! DJ's Landscape Management is hiring Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders to support our installation and landscape construction projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a crew, operate equipment, and take full ownership of landscape installation projects from start to finish. You'll complete landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and bed installation while leading your team in delivering high-quality work. As a Crew Leader, you'll prepare equipment, direct and develop your crew, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
