Landscape Crew LeadJB's Landscapes and Lawn Care is growing, and we're looking for a landscape crew lead to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can lead a crew with confidence and professionalism.As a landscape crew lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily landscape installation projects while leading and supporting your crew in the field. You'll work directly with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to JB's quality standards.Responsibilities include:Leading and managing a landscape crew on daily job sitesInstallation of retaining walls (segmental/block systems), paver patios, walkways, steps, and edging, fire pits, seating walls, and outdoor living features, grading and drainage solutions (swales, corrections, downspouts) as well as softscape installations including trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, and decorative rockEnsuring job sites are completed correctly, safely, and on scheduleCommunicating professionally with customers when neededMaintaining equipment and keeping trucks and trailers organizedWhat we're looking for:Prior professional landscaping installation experience requiredHardscape experience strongly preferredCrew leadership experience a plusValid driver's license requiredStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipDependable, punctual, and team-orientedGreat attitude and customer service mindsetWhat we offer:Competitive pay based on experience and performance based pay scalingCompany-branded uniforms providedDirect depositPaid holidays and paid vacationsEmployee of the month bonusesSeasonal bonus opportunitiesGroup health, dental, and vision plan with employer contributionOpportunities for growth within a growing local company
