Operations ManagerIf you're looking for a long-term career with a company that invests in its people, Freeman Landscape provides a clear path for growth and leadership.What You'll DoAs an Installation Crew Leader, you will lead a team responsible for building high-quality landscape and hardscape projects safely, efficiently, and according to plan.Responsibilities include:Leading and supervising landscape installation crewsManaging daily project activities, productivity, and job site safetyReading and executing landscape plans and specificationsInstalling trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, drainage systems, and landscape enhancementsPerforming fine grading and site preparationInstalling retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and other hardscape featuresOperating skid steers, tractors, dingos, and other landscape construction equipmentCoordinating material deliveries and job site logisticsTraining and developing crew membersEnsuring projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standardsCommunicating effectively with clients, project managers, and supervisorsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape installation, landscape construction, or hardscape constructionValid North Carolina Driver's LicenseExperience operating skid steers, tractors, dingos, and landscape construction equipmentExperience with landscape installation, fine grading, drainage, retaining walls, paver patios, and hardscape constructionAbility to read and interpret landscape plans and layoutsStrong leadership and communication skillsDependable, professional, and accountablePositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to manage crews, schedules, and project timelinesCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipWhy Freeman Landscape?At Freeman Landscape, we don't just maintain properties—we build exceptional outdoor spaces.
