Landscape Install ForemanGreenlife Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Install Foreman to lead installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens' quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for managing people, production, and jobsite execution from start to finish.The ideal candidate is a strong crew leader who understands landscape installation, can read plans, manage labor hours, and communicate effectively with both team members and management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projectsExecute landscape installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scopeReview project plans, specifications, and schedules prior to job startEnsure jobs are completed on time, within budgeted hours, and to quality standardsTrack labor hours and materials usage and report daily productionCommunicate job progress, issues, and change needs to managementTrain, coach, and develop crew membersMaintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsiteOperate equipment and tools as neededEnsure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintainedCoordinate with other departments as required to support project successQualifications3 or more years of landscape installation experience, with leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practicesAbility to read and interpret landscape plans and detailsProven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivityStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical laborPreferred ExperienceExperience with hardscape installationExperience running multiple projects or complex installsPrior foreman or crew lead experienceCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceBonus potential based on performanceHealth /Dental/Vision insurance options401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysAdvancement opportunities within a growing organizationWhy Greenlife GardensGreenlife Gardens is committed to quality work, team development, and long-term growth.
