Landscape Maintenance ForemanNature's Workforce, Landscape Maintenance branch of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI), is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew while working alongside the team in the field.Pay: $26.00 to $29.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional weekends. Winter snow removal may require nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.Responsibilities:Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 5 employeesPerform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control, and property cleanupEnsure quality, productivity, and safety standards are metTrain and coach crew membersTrack labor hours, complete daily reports, JHAs, DVIRs, and other required documentationSafely operate and transport landscape equipmentAssist with snow removal operations during winter monthsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experienceExperience operating commercial landscape equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lead a crew and communicate effectivelyAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditionsWhy Join CDI?Year-round employment opportunitiesGrowth and advancement potentialSafety-focused cultureCompetitive pay and benefitsApply today and grow your career with Colorado's leading environmental and landscape contractor.CDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
