Landscape Maintenance Foreman – Luxury Residential PropertiesLocation: Tempe, AZ Pay: $24-$28 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts | 6:00 AM start Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with overtime eligibility Bonus Opportunities: Summer and Year-End BonusesLead Exceptional Landscape Care TeamsRefined Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead and work alongside a crew maintaining some of Arizona's most distinctive residential properties.This is a hands-on working foreman position, not a typical mow-and-blow landscape role. Our clients expect exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, proper horticultural practices, and landscapes maintained to a consistently high standard.Our teams maintain large luxury residential properties throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities.
