This is a physically active outdoor position that requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and strong teamwork skills.Essential ResponsibilitiesOperate walk-behind and zero-turn mowers to maintain lawns and landscapesPerform string trimming and edging around sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areasPrune shrubs and maintain planting bedsRemove weeds and perform detailed property clean-upInstall mulch and assist with seasonal landscape clean-up projectsAssist with routine equipment maintenance, including oil changes, blade replacements, and equipment cleaningWash and maintain company trucks, trailers, and equipmentCommunicate site conditions, concerns, and maintenance needs to supervisorsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and best practicesMaintain a professional and positive attitude while working with team membersQualificationsPrevious landscape maintenance experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to safely operate landscaping equipment and toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood communication skillsValid driver's license preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidityComfortable working around dust, noise, insects, and uneven terrainAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable of outdoor work, and committed to delivering quality results.
