Landscape Construction Crew Leader – Residential ProjectsAre you an experienced landscape construction professional who takes pride in building things the right way? Do you enjoy running equipment, leading a crew, and seeing a project come together from start to finish? Russo Landscapes is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Crew Leader to run residential landscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows construction, works hard, and wants to be part of a team that cares about quality, efficiency, and doing things right the first time. We build high-end residential landscapes, including retaining walls, patios, drainage, planting, outdoor living spaces, and full property transformations. You will lead a small crew, operate equipment, manage daily production, and be trusted to get the job done at a high level. If you are the kind of person who likes responsibility, takes ownership of your work, and wants to grow with a strong company, this is the opportunity for you.Required Skills & Experience:Must be experienced and capable in residential landscape constructionRough & finish grading with skid steer, excavator, and mini skidDrainage & irrigation installationRetaining walls (modular block, natural stone)Paver, flagstone, and concrete patio/walkway installationSod, trees, shrubs, and plant installationLandscape lighting installationSafe operation of truck, trailer, and construction equipmentAbility to read plans and follow layoutValid driver's license in good standingProficient in EnglishPreferred Experience (Not Required but a Plus):Using transit/laser level for layout & gradingMasonry, brick, or stacked stone workPergolas, fencing, outdoor kitchens, carpentryWater featuresBasic equipment maintenance & repairProficient in SpanishWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role:Strong work ethic — shows up ready to work every dayLeads by example, not from the truckTakes pride in clean, professional workCommunicates clearly with crew, management, and clientsKeeps projects moving and stays organizedHolds teammates accountable while treating them with respectPositive attitude, even when the work is toughPays attention to details others missWilling to train and develop crew membersWants to grow, improve, and build a careerAt Russo Landscapes, crew leaders are trusted to run their jobs, not micromanaged.Pay & Benefits:$65,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience & performance)Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance401 (k) retirement plan with 4% employer matchPaid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick paySchedule:Manage a crew of 2–4 peopleMonday–Friday work scheduleStart at 7:00 AMTypical finish 5:00–6:30 PMAbout Russo Landscapes:Russo Landscapes is a growing residential landscape company focused on quality work, strong teamwork, and doing what we say we will do.
