Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. You have at least two years of professional landscaping experience and proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.Specific Responsibilities:Perform landscape duties such as spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, pruning, and irrigation repairsOperate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, line trimmers top dressers, aerators hedge trimmers and dump trailersPerform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, lawn seeding and soddingAddress clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refer clients to the Team Leader as appropriateAssist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team LeaderPerform other duties as requiredJob Requirements:Two years of professional experience in this or a related field is requiredValid Driver's License with clean record; trailer experience.Background check and drug screening readiness.Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtimeMust be able to lift up to 80 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this natureSuccess Metrics:Attendance and punctualityBudget and job profitabilityQuality control and customer satisfactionCrew retention and moraleCompensation: Competitive pay: $22.00 - $25.00 based on experience and leadership.Ready to Join?
