Landscape Supervisor / ForemanCorescapes has been designing, building, and maintaining outdoor spaces across Central Illinois since 2011. We serve both residential and commercial clients with a focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and professional service.Corescapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Foreman to lead field operations for landscape maintenance and construction projects. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has proven experience supervising crews, managing job sites, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.This role is responsible for crew leadership, quality control, safety enforcement, and daily job execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise landscape maintenance and construction crews (2–6 team members)Manage daily job assignments, productivity, and project timelinesEnsure quality standards for mowing, trimming, planting, hardscapes, and gradingRead and execute landscape plans and job scopesTrain crew members on proper techniques and equipment useConduct daily safety checks and enforce company safety protocolsOperate equipment including skid loaders, mini excavators, and trucks with trailersCommunicate with management regarding progress, materials, and job needsPerform snow removal operations during winter monthsEnsure proper care and maintenance of tools, trucks, and equipmentAssist with material staging, job setup, and site organizationMinimum Qualifications (Required)5+ years of landscaping experience2+ years in a leadership or crew lead roleExperience supervising landscape or hardscape crewsStrong knowledge of lawn maintenance, plantings, grading, and hardscapesAbility to operate skid steer, mini excavator, and landscape equipmentValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to pull trailers and operate work trucksStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living installationsExperience in commercial landscape maintenanceSnow removal experience (plowing/salting)What We're Looking ForProven leader who can manage crews without constant oversightStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to solve problems in the fieldProfessional communication skillsDependable and punctualSafety-focused mindsetCompensation$24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and leadership background) Opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance.BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountRetirement PlanProgressive Paid Time OffTraining and advancement opportunitiesScheduleMonday – Friday8-10 hour shifts (seasonal overtime available)Occasional weekendsWinter snow removal responsibilities
