Landscape SupervisorSouthall is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way.At Southall Farm & Inn, we are looking for a hands-on, environmentally conscious Landscape Supervisor to support the maintenance and enhancement of our resort's lush resort-style grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both physical outdoor work and leading a team. The Landscape Supervisor will assist the Landscape Manager with inspections, task planning, and crew oversight, while spending at least 50% of their time performing landscape labor. A working knowledge of irrigation systems and low-voltage lighting is required, along with a passion for sustainable landscaping practices.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine landscape tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.Assist with minor irrigation repairs and low-voltage lighting maintenance.Ensure all work is completed to the resort's high aesthetic and environmental standards.Assist the Landscape Manager with weekly property inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.Help develop and manage task lists based on inspection findings.Support task delegation and follow up with team members to ensure timely and high-quality work.Step in as needed to cover gaps in the crew and maintain daily workflow.Promote and implement eco-friendly landscaping practices, including water conservation, native plant care, and organic methods.Lead by example and encourage sustainable practices among all crew members.Work closely with the Landscape Manager and team to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.Communicate effectively with crew and other departments regarding landscaping needs, updates, and priorities.Operating the following equipment will be part of the regular duties for this role:Skid SteerMini Skid SteerExcavatorTrencherTractorBush HogRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
