Landscape SupervisorAkehurst Landscape is looking for a motivated, team-oriented, experienced individual to join our team in the position of a Landscape Supervisor. This position will be supervising multiple crews and be responsible for managing quality control.Responsibilities:Monitor quality control, including property inspections/site visits and client meetingsSupervise, train, and evaluate employeesOversee and support safety guidelines and meetings; enforce use of PPE, etc.Work closely with Account Managers and Team LeadersAssist team in achieving objective of quality, growth and profitabilityKnowledge of landscape maintenance techniquesGood organization skillsExceptional written and oral communication, ability to read, write, and create reportsHigh attention to detail and strong work ethicMotivational and ability to lead a crew of workers daily to stay on budget and scheduleAbility to work in a hands on, in a fast paced environmentReliable, on-time and honest individual that can work well within a team settingWillingness to learn and further educate one's self from hands on training and classroom trainingRequired Experience:Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plusMinimum of 5 years of residential or commercial landscape experience from a verified companyAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to walk long distances on jobsites sometimes on uneven groundValid driver's licenseDOT license is a plus.Salary Description: $50,000-$60,000 Yearly
