Landscape TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Technician to join our team. This position combines lawn care, pest control, landscaping, and customer service responsibilities to help residential and commercial customers maintain healthy, attractive properties.The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering quality results, and can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesApply fertilizers, weed control products, and pest control treatments according to company standards and state regulationsOperate, calibrate, and maintain equipment such as spreaders, sprayers, and company vehiclesInspect lawns and landscapes to identify turf, weed, and pest issuesRecommend treatment plans and solutions based on property conditionsCommunicate with customers regarding services performed and future treatment recommendationsMaintain accurate service records and documentationFollow all safety procedures and product handling guidelinesPerform general labor and landscaping duties as neededAssist with landscape installation and site preparation projects when requiredRepresent the company professionally with customers and team membersQualificationsExperience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or general labor preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (training provided)Strong work ethic and ability to work independentlyComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience with lawn care, pest control, or landscaping equipmentConstruction or landscape construction experienceExperience maintaining service records and documentationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose lawn and pest issuesCompensation & Benefits$18 – $25/hour depending on experiencePaid training and licensing supportOpportunities for professional growth and skill developmentStable, full-time employmentHands-on work in a supportive team environmentOpportunity to build expertise in lawn care, pest management, and landscaping servicesWork EnvironmentPrimarily outdoor work in a variety of weather conditionsFrequent use of spreaders, sprayers, and company vehiclesPhysically active role involving walking, lifting, bending, and general laborCombination of independent work and customer interaction throughout the daySafety-focused environment with ongoing training and regulatory complianceIf you're looking for a hands-on outdoor career with opportunities to develop specialized lawn care and landscaping skills, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality work, customer service, and professional growth.
