Landscape Worker 3The Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Landscape Worker 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.What You'll DoOperate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenancePerform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safetyMonitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as neededSupport daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standardsMaintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilitiesPerforms lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.And More!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
