Landscaper (Driver)Join our team as a Landscaper (Driver) and contribute to managing beautiful and functional landscapes to satisfy our clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of landscape services while representing both our brand and our clients on their properties.Key Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety protocolsMaintain quality standards and achieve job budgetsOperate and maintain equipment according to company guidelinesCommunicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptlyExperience and Skills:Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowingEagerness to develop horticulture expertise, including plant identification and plant maintenance techniquesResponsible use of landscape tools, vehicles, and equipmentSnow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areas.Position Requirements:Valid driver's license, DOT medical certificate, and insurabilityAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walkingStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitudeCompany: The idea for the Klausing Group was formed in 1992 by two teenage brothers on a mission to buy a car.
