LandscaperDATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division currently has an opening for a full-time Landscaper.DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned transportation company with over 2,500 employees. The APM division provides property management services including landscaping, facilities management and construction to DATTCO divisions as well as external customers.DATTCO Offers:Compensation of $ /hourStable, year-round employmentFamily-oriented culture & team environmentCompetitive compensationRoom for advancement – we promote from withinMedical & dental insuranceLife insurance401k plan with company matchFlexible spending accountPaid time offCertification reimbursementUniform & boot programPaid trainingOvertime opportunitiesCDL trainingEmployee referral bonusesPrimary Responsibilities:Landscaping for all DATTCO properties – looking for someone with a green thumb!Ensure equipment repaired and maintainedHelp solving problems related to maintenanceRespect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environmentAbility to work unsupervised and with other team membersParticipate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removalRespond to maintenance requests by the Facilities ManagerRespond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as neededDaily attendance at workMinimum Requirements:High school diploma, trade school or equivalentExperience in building and grounds maintenanceExperience with commercial mowing equipmentValid driver's licenseMust be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitudeMust have a flexible schedule (Monday – Friday 0700 – 1530)Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to manage and organize prioritiesQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.
