Landscape Equipment Maintenance SpecialistThe Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Landscape Equipment Maintenance Specialist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.What You'll DoDevelop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for golf course and landscape equipment, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, blade grinding and sharpening, adjustments, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and operational efficiencyOversee the maintenance shop, tools, equipment, parts inventory, and repair records, ensuring proper organization, safe operation, and accurate tracking of maintenance activities and materialsPerform troubleshooting, repairs, and testing of powered equipment, collaborating with vendors and manufacturers as needed to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted operationsTrain and mentor equipment operators on the proper use, care, and routine maintenance of equipment to promote safe, efficient, and effective operationsSupport golf course and grounds maintenance operations as needed while ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and proper care of company assetsMaintain compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe environment for team members and equipment operationsAnd More!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
