Landscaping / Excavation Laborer
Location: Ruffsdale, PA
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
Typical Hours: Depart shop around 7:30-8:00 AM, return around 6:00 PM
About the Position:
We are seeking a hardworking Landscaping and Excavation Laborer for a residential contractor in the Ruffsdale area. This is a hands-on outdoor role supporting a variety of residential site projects including grading, leveling, and general landscaping and excavation work. Candidates with equipment experience are a plus, but this is primarily a labor-focused position with training available.

Responsibilities of the Landscaping / Excavation Laborer: Assist with residential excavation and landscaping projects
Perform grading, leveling, and site preparation for concrete and asphalt work
Support installation of sod, retaining walls, driveways, and pads
Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete daily tasks
Assist equipment operators as needed on job sites
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Follow directions from crew leads and supervisors
Requirements of the Landscaping / Excavation Laborer: Prior construction, landscaping, or excavation experience preferred
Equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
Strong work ethic and reliability required
Must be able to work full workdays with early start and long hours
