Job description
Spray TechnicianWe're hiring a Spray Technician to support turf, tree, and ornamental plant health through professional application of herbicides, fertilizers, and pesticides. You'll operate spray equipment, assess site needs, and help keep properties looking their best.What You'll DoApply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using truck-mounted and backpack equipmentIdentify turf weeds, pests, and diseases and prescribe appropriate treatmentsMaintain accurate application records and daily service logsOperate and maintain your spray truck and equipmentCommunicate respectfully with clients and represent the company professionallyFollow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and DOT/state compliance rulesAssist with snow removal or support other divisions in off-seasonWhat You Bring1--3+ years of experience in lawn or plant health care (preferred)Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)State pesticide license (or willingness to obtain -- we provide training)Ability to work independently and follow route schedulesAttention to detail, safety mindset, and strong communication skillsAbility to lift 50--70 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditionsWhy Join UsCompetitive hourly pay or salary based on experienceHealth, dental, vision insurance401K with company matchPaid holidays and PTOCompany-paid licensing, CEUs, and training supportFull-time, year-round work with advancement potentialIf you're passionate about plant health, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a growing, trusted team -- we'd love to talk.
