Large Format Sign and Vinyl InstallerAlphaGraphics San Marcos is looking for an experienced Signs & Large Format Installer to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced print, signage, and marketing company producing everything from vehicle graphics and window vinyl to wall murals, dimensional signage, and large-format installations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean installations, pays attention to detail, and can represent the company professionally onsite with customers.Large Format Sign and Vinyl Installer Daily Tasks:Install: Window graphics and vinylVehicle decals and graphicsFloor decalsWall graphics and muralsBanners and rigid signageLarge format printed graphicsPerform site surveys and take accurate field measurementsPrepare surfaces and ensure proper installation techniques are followedWeed, trim, laminate, and prep graphics for installationLoad/unload materials and maintain organization of installation equipmentWork independently or with a team on installationsCommunicate professionally with customers onsiteEnsure installations are completed cleanly, safely, and on scheduleAssist with production and finishing when installations are not scheduledIdeal Large Format Sign and Vinyl Installer Qualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of professional sign and large format installation experience Experience installing: Window graphicsVehicle decals/graphicsFloor decalsAcrylic signsPost SignsStrong understanding of vinyl application techniques and surface preparationExperience using installation tools, ladders, and basic power toolsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmentsClean driving record and valid driver's licenseStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with vehicle wrapsExperience with wall murals and architectural vinylExperience operating large format finishing equipment3M or Avery certification is a plusExperience in a print shop or sign shop environment preferredWe invite everyone to apply!
