Assistant Project Manager – Mitigation & ConstructionWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the oversight of large-loss restoration projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you'll assist with daily operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and help ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout both mitigation and construction phases.What You'll DoLead daily crew meetings, conduct job hazard checks, and enforce safety standardsMaintain clean, organized, and secure job sitesAssist with site setup, scheduling, and assignment of daily responsibilitiesCoordinate workforce, materials, and equipment requirementsDocument project progress with detailed notes and photos using job management softwareMonitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and help keep projects on scheduleCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjustersWhat You BringWilling to travel up to 250 days/year on an on-call basis (24/7 availability)Willing and able to drive long distances and extended hours as required by project demandsBackground in construction and/or restoration workStrong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh school diploma requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving historyAbility to work extended hours in physically demanding environmentsPhysical RequirementsAble to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. and stand or walk for long periodsComfortable working in a variety of environments (indoor and outdoor settings)Required to wear PPE and adhere to all safety protocolsJoin our team and help restore what matters most.Apply now to be part of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
