Job description
Xcimer Energy in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Director of Laser Engineering to lead the development and scaling of advanced laser systems for their fusion energy platform. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience designing industrial laser systems and a strong background in engineering leadership.
You will oversee technical roadmaps, mentor staff, and ensure successful integration and testing of large-scale laser systems. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $190,000 and $220,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
