Join a team known for innovation, safety, and opportunities to grow your skills in a stable production environment.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Laser Operator-2nd Shift Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.32 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)Operate production equipment to manufacture and inspect rubber products.Load materials, package finished goods, and prepare orders for shipment.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.Maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety procedures.Assist with general production tasks and support team goals as needed.Laser Operator-2nd Shift Qualifications:Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to following quality and safety procedures.Must be dependable, maintain good attendance, and work effectively as part of a team.High school diploma/GED preferred; pre-employment screening may be required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
