Join a team where your skills are respected, your safety is prioritized, and your contributions directly impact what we build every day.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor laser cutting equipment to produce parts to specificationMaintain consistent communication across departments and production areasDelegate workload appropriately and support training of new team membersEnsure quality and safety procedures are understood and followed at all timesComplete corrective action documentation when deviations occurOperate a Hi-Lo (HILO certification required; administered by UDM Health & Safety)Apply lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and wear required PPE throughout all tasksAdhere to all company and safety policies; complete other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredHi-Lo certification (or ability to obtain upon hire through UDM Health & Safety)Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated; able to work with minimal supervisionCollaborative team player with solid communication habitsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelReasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
