Laser Machine OperatorJoin a dynamic manufacturing team in Glenshaw, PA as a Laser Machine Operator and play a vital role in creating high-quality architectural and commercial components used nationwide. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern production environment on a Sunday through Wednesday night shift, providing stability, growth potential, and the chance to develop your skills with state-of-the-art laser cutting equipment. As a Laser Machine Operator, you'll be at the forefront of precision manufacturing—loading materials, operating laser cutting machinery, inspecting finished parts for quality, and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us maintain the highest standards in a clean, organized, and innovative workplace.Required Skills:Experience operating laser cutting or similar manufacturing machineryStrong attention to detail and dedication to qualityBasic understanding of machine controls and production processesAbility to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawingsReliable attendance and ability to work independentlyNice to Have Skills:Prior manufacturing or machining experienceFamiliarity with CAD or design softwareKnowledge of materials used in laser cuttingEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GEDManufacturing or machining background is highly valuedOther Requirements:Ability to work Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AMCommitment to safety, cleanliness, and production goalsWillingness to support routine maintenance and adhere to safety standards
