As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-driven, consistent and reliable, and quality-focused individual to join our team.Full Job Description:Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines.Clocking in and out of work order correctly.Safely and efficiently operate grinders, hoist, cut wheels, and any other equipment used for part unloading and processing.Determine the cause of scrap and if it can be reworked, or if in question, see the foreman.Process paperwork, print labels, and claim parts/scrap correctly.Read blueprints to determine work order instructions for such specifications as de-tabbing, oxide removal, part marking, Lissmac, or DA sanding.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skillsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to follow safety protocols and proceduresPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy materialsKnowledge of metal materials preferred, but not requiredDetail-oriented and able to multitaskDependabilityPositive attitudeSelf-motivatedHigh EnergyWillingness to help fellow team members achieve production goalsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 days401(k) with company match after 60 daysPaid Holidays & VacationPersonal TimeWeekly PayPaid VacationSnap Pay (Advanced Pay)Wages: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
