Surecomp is seeking a senior Sales and Account Management Director to lead growth across Latin America, with an initial focus on Peru. This role targets banks and financial institutions with complex software solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong regional pipeline, engage C-level executives, and collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing to tailor offerings.
Remote with up to 50% travel across the region. Location: Peru; Travel: up to 50%.
