Location: Remote (LATAM / Global)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $6.00 – $7.00/hour + $200 SPIFF per closed deal found
About the Role
We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, bilingual Follow-Up Specialist (FUS) to be the first point of contact for incoming seller leads.
In this role, you will handle warm inbound calls, conduct structured discovery conversations, qualify motivated homeowners, and pass qualified, ready-to-close opportunities directly to the owner. This is a results-driven sales position with significant opportunity for growth.
What You'll Do
Answer and manage warm inbound calls from potential home sellers.
Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify leads, confirming listing status, decision-maker availability (both spouses/parties), and seller motivation.
Determine if the homeowner is ready and willing to discuss a potential sale.
Follow proven call scripts while keeping conversations natural and consultative.
Communicate confidently with homeowners in both English and Spanish as needed.
Document all call outcomes, lead details, and follow-ups accurately in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and RE Simply.
Pass qualified, ready-to-close leads directly to the owner for closing.
Follow up with leads consistently and maintain clean CRM records.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a Follow-Up Specialist (FUS) or in a real estate lead-management role.
Proven experience in real estate investing, inbound sales, or customer-facing phone sales.
Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB) strongly required.
Familiarity with RE Simply CRM is a strong plus.
Clear, confident communicator—comfortable asking direct qualifying questions and building rapport.
Organized and detail-oriented, with precise CRM note-taking habits.
Reliable, self-motivated, coachable, and focused on driving closed deals.
Assessment Requirement
