If you have a heart for helping others and a passion for quality care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shiftsAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure safety at homePrepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferencesAdminister medication reminders and monitor client health and well-beingPerform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishesOffer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of lifeCommunicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family members as neededRequirements:Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferredAvailability for consistent late afternoon and early evening shiftsGenuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to careReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accuratelyCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Maryville is a trusted provider of in-home care services in the Maryville, TN community, dedicated to helping clients live their best lives at home.
