Many of our employees have been with us for over 25 years!Job DescriptionResponsible for completing first-time and repeat job set-ups on lathesManage daily tool and work offsetsUse inspection tools including calipers, height gauge, micrometer, etc.Manage a repeatable process from blueprints, with little supervisionUse blueprint, schematics, written and verbal instructions, shop policies and normal quality standards to obtain required contours, dimensions, and finish specificationsAbility to write programs using CAD/CAM and Esprit experience a plus, but not required; Ability to edit programs highly preferredEnsure that proper protocols on how equipment is started, maintained, used, cleaned, and turned off is requiredCalibrate and modify operational sequences to adjust speed of machining and frequency of cutsTroubleshoot common machine issuesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum 1-5 years experienceMaintain a clean and safe work environmentBe a team player and willing to help others, as neededReliable and dependableWhat we offerCompetitive compensationGenerous benefitsWelcoming and friendly work environment$25 - $35 per hour
