Job description

The Boston Foundation seeks a Director of the Latino Equity Fund (LEF) to implement the vision and priorities set by the LEF Advisory Board and TBF's Senior Leadership. The role collaborates with LEF Co-Chairs and TBF leaders to oversee all LEF activities in service of growth, fundraising, and program delivery.

As the primary liaison between TBF's Senior Management Team and the LEF Advisory Board, the director translates strategy into actionable plans, cultivates partners, and ensures alignment
