Laundry Aide
32 Hours per Week | Day Shift | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Every Other Saturday & One Sunday Per Month
Pay Range: $18.40 - $19.90 per hour
Weekend Differential: +$1.25 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Laundry Aide, you'll help ensure residents receive clean, fresh clothing and linens while maintaining a safe and efficient laundry operation.
Responsibilities include:
* Collecting and handling soiled laundry according to infection prevention and safety procedures
* Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing according to established guidelines
* Following proper procedures for contaminated and isolation laundry
* Distributing clean laundry and linens to resident neighborhoods and designated areas
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of laundry equipment, work areas, and carts
* Helping protect and properly care for residents' personal belongings
* Supporting a clean, comfortable environment that enhances residents' quality of life
What We're Looking For
* Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous laundry experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate
* Experience with commercial laundry equipment is a plus
* Dependable work habits and a positive attitude
