A Laundry attendant’s responsibility is to ensure there is a constant supply of fresh and clean linens available for the entire property.

Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits

Ability to operate laundry equipment and tools.

Ensure all laundry is cleaned to machine standards using approved cleaning agents.

Manage and maintain inventory and stock levels for all linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

Maintain all laundry equipment and inform the leadership of any maintenance needs.

Helps in cleaning guests’ items or articles as needed.

Provide basic housekeeping support as needed, including cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes as well as common areas.

Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.

Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.

The Laundry Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Manager.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
