Job description
Ice Miller LLP seeks a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the firm's CRM and ERM ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and governance across platforms. You will drive upgrades, implement automation, and partner with Marketing, Knowledge Management and Business Development to align experience data with pitches and client needs.
You will train users, develop processes, manage data quality, and build Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and practice groups.
