Job description
McDermott Will & Schulte LLP in Miami seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive law school recruiting and the Summer Associate program. You will coordinate with law schools, manage interview schedules, gather feedback, and support the full program lifecycle.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in law firm recruiting, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Travel and flexibility during May–August are expected.
