Lawn Care Technician – Lawn Doctor of Cullman–Jasper–MoultonLawn Doctor is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy being outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Our Lawn Care Technicians are the face of our company — you'll treat residential and commercial lawns, speak with customers when needed, and help keep our equipment and shop running smoothly.What You'll DoApply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible productsOperate spray equipment, spreaders, and aeratorsDrive a company truck on a daily routeProvide friendly, professional service and answer basic customer questionsIdentify lawn issues and recommend additional servicesAssist with equipment cleaning, loading, and shop tasksWho We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and positive attitudeComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsAble to work independently and stay on scheduleGood communication skillsAble to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical workValid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable transportation to the shopMust pass a background check and drug testExperience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or farm/field work is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferStarting pay: $17–$18 per hour depending on experienceCompetitive pay structure with opportunities for bonuses and commissionsAccess to health insurance with employer contribution toward monthly premiumsPaid training and growth opportunitiesConsistent full-time work — year-round, not seasonalFamily-owned, respectful work environmentAll equipment, uniforms, and chemicals providedOpportunities for advancement: Lead Technician, Sales, Operations, etc.Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
