In this role, you'll deliver professional lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest services while serving as a trusted, friendly face to our residential customers. We have a solid foundation of growth (24% average annual growth since 2016!), a commitment to quality service and an award-winning culture, Ziehler Lawn Care is a place where team members can build meaningful careers.What You'll Do:Provide lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest treatments to residential propertiesDrive company vehicles on local routes and safely operate application equipmentPerform property evaluations and make service recommendations based on lawn conditionsCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers at each visitDocument service details, property conditions and customer notes using mobile devicesIdentify opportunities for additional services, earning commission on produced workCollaborate with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists and Customer Experience team membersRequirements:High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordStrong communication skills and customer-focused mindsetPositive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnTeam player who collaborates well with others while also working independentlySuccessful completion of a criminal background checkAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk approximately 8–12 miles per dayComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, and light rain)Saturday availability may be required based on weather conditions
