Lawn Care WorkerJoin our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Lawn Care Worker, where your passion for outdoor work, healthy outdoor spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure properties look their best year-round. Your expertise in groundskeeping, equipment operation, and plant care will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' outdoor environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape management, and outdoor equipment handling while working in a vibrant, energetic setting.ResponsibilitiesOperate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areasPerform mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and watering to promote healthy growth and attractive landscapesIdentify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper landscape maintenance and pest management practicesFollow safety protocols diligently during all groundskeeping activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environmentConduct routine inspections of equipment and grounds to identify maintenance needs or hazards requiring attentionSkillsMechanical knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment operationExperience with landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, and pruning techniquesProficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools including trimmers and blowersAbility to identify plants, pests, weeds, and signs of disease or damage in outdoor environmentsStrong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work and equipment usePrevious experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learnersThis role is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to build a career in landscape maintenance.
