Landscape Technician

What You’ll Do
Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and pruning
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Lift and handle equipment/materials (35–80 lbs regularly)
Keep equipment clean and ready for the next day
Deliver clean, high-quality work so we don’t have to redo jobs

Show up on time, every day , ready to work
Stay on pace and help the crew hit daily goals
Take pride in doing the job right the first time
Be respectful to customers and teammates
Be dependable — your crew relies on you
Requirements
Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (we will train the right person)
Ability to work in heat, cold, and rain
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift and perform physical work daily
Ability to commute to Roanoke, TX
