Thriveworks Clinician OpportunityThriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Texas Licensure as a LCSW in Waco, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.About the Role: We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you're:Approved by the board as a LMSWMust be seeking independent licensure and living in TexasMust reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour programGraduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is requiredGraduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weeklyA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributorsCompensation: Up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
