Job description
Personal Touch Home Care in Columbia, KY is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-home counseling, assessment, and therapeutic services to patients in their own homes. The ideal candidate holds an active KY LCSW license, has at least 3 years of clinical social work experience (preferably in homecare), and can work independently.
This per diem role can be offered as a 1099 contractor or a W2 employee.
