Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Mental Health
Location: Queens, NY-Onsite
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | One late day per week (11:00 AM–7:00 PM)
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually
Organization: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Our client, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative clinical team providing mental health assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Spanish or another language a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy.
Provide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency mental health services.
Coordinate referrals to mental health providers and community resources.
Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals.
Participate in case conferences and care management.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
Provide patient and family support and education.
