Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Job Description
An established outpatient healthcare practice is seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to provide behavioral health support and counseling services to patients in a professional clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care. We are currently looking to hire multiple providers, and part-time positions are also available. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations, providing individual, family, and group counseling services, assisting patients with coping strategies, emotional support, and crisis intervention, coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, connecting patients with community resources and support services, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate. Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, an active LMSW or LMHC license in good standing, strong clinical assessment and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, knowledge of behavioral health documentation and compliance standards, and must be bilingual in Mandarin. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 annually.
