Job description
Novant Health in Mint Hill, NC is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead an eight-room Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) unit, focused on low-risk obstetric care with readiness for higher-acuity situations.
You will oversee daily operations, mentor a dedicated nursing team, partner with physicians, maintain staffing levels, and drive safety and patient experience initiatives in a community hospital setting.
