Job description
Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and adults with autism. Responsibilities include designing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising staff, and coordinating with families and providers to ensure quality service.
The role requires a BCBA or BCBA-D, Master’s degree, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with compliance to HIPAA and organizational policies. Travel to multiple sites and driving are expected.
