Job description
CSD Autism Services in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Social Skills Group Facilitator (Clinical Leader) to design and supervise evidence-based programs for children with autism. The role blends home, school, and natural settings with direct supervision of Behavior Specialists for larger groups.
The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of behavioral health experience, with knowledge of ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT. Hybrid schedule with Saturdays is common.
