Job description
Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Actuary, Risk and Compliance to oversee actuaries and staff, identify and analyze risks, and ensure CMS bid compliance for MA-PD and PDP programs. You will maintain the OOPC model inputs and partner with pricing actuaries to resolve issues.
You will report to the Director, Actuarial Risk & Compliance, drive process improvements, and participate in CMS audits while supporting bid filings and overall risk management across Humana's Medicare initiatives. Remote position.
