Leadership Opportunities in Surgical Services
Leadership opportunities within Surgical Services provide experienced APPs the opportunity to help build and develop a high-performing team while shaping the future of advanced practice across the service line. APP leaders will support recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, scheduling, clinical standards, and team development while helping organize and optimize APP coverage across surgical specialties. Working closely with physician, operational, and system advanced practice leadership, these leaders will help develop sustainable care models, standardize practices, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensure APPs are effectively integrated into the broader strategy of Surgical Services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree
Three (3) year of APP experience required
Currently licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Midwife, or Physician Assistant by State of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years leadership experience preferred.
